Background
Novant Health was looking for ways to engage with its online community as the organization scaled its online presence.
The Solution
To support team strategies, I collaborated with the Manager and Director of Content to help establish a brand channel on Giphy with animated stickers, gifs, and tags for user-generated healthcare stories and emails.
Process
I sketched, illustrated, and animated stickers to support the larger social media strategy. Upon uploading these GIFS, I added keywords based on related searches to assist with discoverability and support the engagement strategy. These items were launched and shared in support of community stories around health, Women’s History Month, Pride Month, and Juneteenth. The channel has since gained 97M views with additional team contributions.
